About Me

Nic Castonguay

As a kid, I knew that all I ever wanted to do was work in sports. By the time I was 5, I could name more NFL quarterbacks than I could name shapes. Sports have been, and will always be, my primary passion in life. As an athlete, I was never very impressive, but no one worked harder than me. My coaches and teammates were shocked when I was given the opportunity to continue my baseball career into college. I played at Georgia Highlands College in Cartersville, GA, as well as the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, AL, before moving on to study Sports Leadership and Management at Miami University in Oxford, OH. I am proud of my collegiate baseball career, despite it ending in an injury. When I was told by my doctors that I could no longer pitch, I decided that I would become an agent/manager that day. Here I am, ready to serve you.

How I Can Help

As a collegiate athlete, I was able to secure multiple NIL deals despite only playing at the JUCO and Division II levels. I secured deals from Barstool Sports, Soul Spot Montevallo, Beacon Sports, and Victrice Consulting. My connections to these companies are still strong and I am confident that I can secure an NIL or Sponsorship deal for any of my athletes within a month.

My Winning Philosophy

I believe I provide a young, fresh, personal touch to sports management. I am new to the industry and am willing to put my own ambitions to the side so that I can better serve the athletes that I represent. I am supported by multiple former professional baseball scouts, upper management, and agents. I focus on pairing my athletes with brands that best suit their values and personal interests.
